Return Policy

Lily and Rose has a 30 day return policy.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  If item is not in "like new" condition, a refund will not be given. 

Shipping is non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A shipping label will not be provided.

 

Shipping

Our processing time is generally 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated.  Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.  

Lily and Rose is not responsible for packages lost via USPS/UPS/Fed Ex or any other shipping source.  

Claims for missing items, wrong items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent if there has been proof of delivery from the mail carrier. Items with a delayed delivery or still in transit will not be resent.
